Kyong-Hee Kim is a registered patent attorney with expertise in Medicine and Medical Equipment, Oncology, Bioengineering, Genetic Engineering, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Immunology.

Ms. Kim is the co-founder of Hanbyol Patent & Law Firm with more than 15 years experience in IP practice, particularly dealing with patent prosecution, patent counseling of clients on a broad range of IP matters.

Ms. Kim has been actively involved in a variety of patent prosecutions from overseas including the US, Europe, China, Taiwan, JP, etc and she also prepares opinions regarding possible infringement as well as validity of patents.

Prior to founding Hanbyol Patent & Law Firm, Ms. Kim worked for P.K.KIM & Associates as managing attorney responsible for foreign patent prosecution department on behalf of multinational companies as well as Korean companies.

Ms. Kim received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Life Science from Chungang University.
